This has got to be one of the single coolest uses of the iPhone (and I’m sure it works on the iPad too). I wish I knew a little bit more about it, but Ryan describes the making of it a little. Not only does this put a smart phone to really smart use, but it does so with one of our favorite things, beer!
It looks like you can select your beer, although he currently only has Bud Light, Bud Light Lime, Bud Select and PBR. It would be great to load it with a few better varieires, athough you wouldn’t want to be tossing bottles.
After deciding on your beverage of choice, you switch to the cam view and aim the fridge to where you are sitting, press “fire” and await your brew. Let’s just hope that you’re still sober enough to catch the can and not get dinged in the head. I could certainly see this as quite the hazard later on in the evening.

My adventures in the Pittsburgh International Airport during the worst snow storm of the century. After arriving late for a flight at 7:40 PM to LGA I decided to stick around my gate until my flight at 5:40 and had a BLAST!
I was on my way to New York City to attend an audition for the national tour of the wizard of oz (coming to pitt in April) when I missed my flight by 15 minutes due to the weather. I knew the only way to make it to the audition was if I spent the night and took the 5:40 AM flight the next morning. They told me to sleep in the kids area. I eventually made the US airways flight (although it was an hour late) and did well at the audition. I danced than had a callback to sing.

It seems like you see this happening more often than not. I mean obviously you’re not going to watch a successful attempt at the classic Risky Business slide, but there are an awful lot of these girls falling on their butts. I know you’ve seen it before but like peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, it never gets old.

Glad to see that I’m not the only one who has ever tried to pull one over on the local parking patrol. Come on, admit it, you’ve tried something similar to what he did. I wonder how often the meter maid runs across things like this. I love the fact that the driver (parker?) attempted this and I love more than that they got caught in the act. Pretty funny if you ask me and well worth the $15.00. Plus, I’m sure the Egg Nog Blizzard from DQ was well worth it too!
And here I thought I had balls. I come nowhere close to the nuts on these dudes. Although from the screaming it sounds like it might actually be a chick. I can’t quite tell where it’s coming from…but someone surely is shrieking loudly. Those Russians do it like no one else. I swear, it must be the lack of daylight, the cold and the snow but boy do they ever do crazy things to get over the boredom. They almost put the Jackass crew to shame.
