For many, the dream of owning and operating a business is appealing. People dream of being their own boss, running the show, making decisions, and making a ton of money. They often do this based upon experience they have in the workforce or as a result of family conveniences. Some businesses are simply easier to run than others.

This infographic by our friends at Intuit takes a long, hard look at the businesses that present the most challenges to their owners. It may sound fun and lucrative to run, say, a ski resort, but the speedbumps and roadblocks may make you think otherwise.
