The recent mob bust sounds like it was something straight out of Sopranos. Personally it had me wondering what the heck was going on. It still amazes me that there is a syndicated mob structure gainfully working to this day. I thought all that was just a 70′s/80′s thing. Seems sort of stereotypical to have a New York (Jersey) mob…but apparently there still going strong. Here is a cool graphic that breaks it all down for you.

That is the truth. I used to live in Providence, and the Mafia is diminished, but strong there. I was at a restaurant in Providence, and one of those guys bought me a drink once. I'm serious.

What a useless infographic. Infographics are only to be used if they will actually help you convey information easier. Half of the infographic isn't even about the actual story, which should give you a hint that it's just filler. Garbage.

Thinking the latest news. Lot of this stuff ties together. We have the big Mafia bust, Wikileaks (secret bank accounts) and the HBO mini-series Boardwalk Empire. I don't think this was a coordinated deal but the leaking of the bank records could of force the FBI's hand.
