Interesting! I've done all of the "don't"s at one time or another. I knew all of them were wrong except the dunking in the soy sauce one. I know that at Yasuda, the chef adds the soy sauce for you, and it's considered rude to add more yourself. But the whole reason I eat sushi is for soy-sauce-fattened rice!
You are suppose to put the wasabi in the soy sauce and mix it. Putting it directly on the sushi distracts away from the flavor of the meat which is always a no no.
Everything else is correct.
